The peaks of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Java, 1993.
Mt. Bromo is the lower, ash-coloured, peak in the centre - one of the most active volcanoes in the world. The sharper one to the right is Mt. Batok. Both sit inside the caldera of an ancient supervolcano. There are three more active volcanoes in the park, not visible in the photo,
